Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans, then line with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat for about 2 minutes, gradually adding the boiling water until smooth.
